When I got home from a 10 day wedding extravanganza for the same best friend I found my beautiful FabFitFun box waiting for me. Right away, I pulled out my camera and set a “spooky” scene with my T-Rex behind me and a pair of dark lips to unbox and review my very first FabFitFun box. I had no idea what was inside and had worked diligently to not spoil any surprises in the box. In the end, the unboxing video was over 40 minutes long, I had to cut, cut, and cut so much footage out that the video is a bit jumpy. While I could have just left it at that I wanted to let the rest of those feelings and experiences be known through this blog. That’s what it’s here for.
When it comes to partnering and working with a company I want to give the most detailed review as I can because we work hard for our money and you deserve to know what you’re spending it on.

When I opened the Fall Box I had zero idea about what I was getting. As far as I knew, it was just a giant beauty box based off what my bestie loves about it. To my surprise the best thing about the Fall Box was how it’s products were ones that I would NEVER buy myself. I tend to buy only the fun things like makeup or shoes; until recently I hadn’t even considered my home as an investment. So when I received items that were for my home not just for beauty I was genuinely surprised and elated because it was just what I needed though not necessarily what I wanted. Overall, I would describe the FabFitFun Fall Box as Lifestyle Box that was designed to upgrade and uplevel your current life. For me, a 27 year old who spends most of her time away from home with decorating skills of a college freshman inside a dorm, that was so worth it.

Some of the items were in every box, some were the customizable options, some of the times were only available for members of higher status. SouthernMomLoves describes the options like this “If you only ordered 1 season’s box, you get 3 customization options. If you have an annual subscription, you get to customize 5-6 of your box items. Everyone gets the same amount of items, but seasonal (1 box at a time) subscribers will get a random item from the last 2-3 choice categories.“
Ultimately my box totaled: $279USD
I actually LOVE how customizable this box is! There were so many options I looked through and would have loved to also get like the travel yoga mat and a mystery item (yes I want a mystery item!). Items included that just add value to the box are the magazine, customization, and coupons! The magazine at first glance seems useless but I spent some good time perusing the other options and reading the carefully detailed articles on how to get the best use out of your box’s items. When it came to the Vitamin C powder, for example, I had no idea how to use it and really appreciated the magazine telling me how to. The second best deal in the magazine are the coupons in the back page. All the brands they teamed up with gave exclusive FabFitFun coupons to it’s subscribers and you best believe I’ll be using my Aromatherapy and Aveda coupons!
I am so happy that FabFitFun found me and asked me to review! I am just so pleased with everything I received and have used most of it (I’m dairy free so a cheese board is gorg but not item I’ll use often). If you’d like to try it out for yourself head over to www.fabfitfun.com and use code: MEGANMAE to get $10 off your first box!
